The Women Leaders Association, the largest publisher and events organization for women professionals with 43,000 members and more than 130 regional chapters, today announced Danielle Snow as the newest Coaching Partner of its Boston chapter, BostonWomenLeaders.org. The appointment expands the chapter's Coaching Partners roster and gives Boston members a second rigorously vetted coach to choose from, each with distinct specialties.
The Coaching Partners program was created to solve a problem the association's members raise constantly: coaching is one of the highest-impact investments a professional woman can make in her career — and one of the hardest to shop for. Coaching titles are unregulated, quality varies enormously, and a leader evaluating coaches on her own has little way to verify who is genuinely proven. Under the program, the Women Leaders Association does much of that screening on the member's behalf. Every Coaching Partner is vetted for recognized certifications, verifiable experience, and excellent client reviews before being presented to members, so each chapter's professionals can book a consultation with confidence, have a great experience, and keep rising in their careers.
Snow is a leadership coach who works with executives and founders — especially women leading at the top of high-growth organizations — on the questions that don't fit neatly on a strategy deck: how to lead with more clarity, hold hard decisions without losing themselves, and align their work with what actually matters to them. Through her company, Purposefully Aligned, she helps leaders reconnect strategy, culture, and day-to-day execution so their organizations run with less friction and more purpose. She coaches from the operator's seat, not the sidelines: with more than 25 years leading in high-growth companies, she scaled organizations from a handful of people to over 1,000 — most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Form Health, a venture-backed virtual obesity-medicine clinic scaling a national practice serving tens of thousands of patients, and before that in senior leadership at Grand Rounds Health and Included Health as SVP of Patient Care and as SVP and Chief of Staff to the CEO, driving the company's operating cadence and post-merger integration. She has carried the board, the budget, and the humans doing the work all at once, and she brings that lived experience into every coaching conversation.
Her core work is coaching executive teams as a system across six- to twelve-month engagements — quarterly focus areas, monthly team workshops, one-on-one executive coaching, and CEO advising — alongside individual coaching and leadership retreats that help leaders reconnect to their purpose and lead from it. An ICF Associate Certified Coach trained through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, she is completing the ICF's Advanced Certification in Team Coaching. Her conviction: people are resourceful and know their business better than any coach ever will; her job is to ask the questions that matter, create space to think, and hold leaders accountable to what they decide.

The Boston expansion is part of a national rollout, with the association extending the Coaching Partners program across its network of more than 130 chapters, pairing each city's members with coaches selected for that market.
The Coaching Partners program extends the association's broader mission of giving professional women both the structural transparency and the individual support they need to advance. Research from Pew and others estimates that women still earn roughly 15 percent less than men on average, and most women have little visibility into which employers actually advance women fairly. The Women Leaders Association has invested heavily in closing that information gap: its Glass Ceiling Score project, uses big data to score most major U.S. employers on how fairly they promote women into management and executive roles, and its chapters publish Best Women Employers rankings, compensation studies, and annual Top 50 Women Leaders awards. Coaching Partners adds the complementary, personal dimension: once a member can see the landscape clearly, a proven coach helps her move through it.
